Reservation Information
- Each room rate has included complimentary breakfast, tax, and 10% service fee.
- All rooms are for two persons. If more than 2 persons, it is NT$400 per 1 person in the general room, and NT$500 per 1 person in the suite.
- Check-in Time: After 03:00 pm.; check-out time: before 11:00 am.
- Definition of holidays: Saturday, national (continuous) holidays, and Chinese New Year holidays.
- If there is a difference in room rates, please refer to the announcement of the Hotel.
- Children over 120 cm or above 6 years old will be charged (meeting either of the conditions).
- No pets. No smoking.
- Outdoor parking space is available.
Cancellation Rules
- The service charge for cancelation online shall be paid by the one reserving the room.
- It takes 10-15 working days to process the refund.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with the regulations announced by Consumer Protection Committee, Executive Yuan:
- ★100% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 14 days before the check-in date.
- ★70% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
- ★50% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
- ★40% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 6 days before the check-in date.
- ★30% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 13 days before the check-in date.
- ★20% of the paid deposit can be claimed for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.
- ★No refunds for cancelation on the check-in date or without informing the hotel of the cancelation.
